simple service policy:
Our policy on customer service is simple: 24 hours per day, 7 days per
week, 365 days per year. Factory-trained field mechanics backed by a fully
equipped service department are standing by if you need assistance.
Valley Air keeps a massive inventory of
the most-needed parts for our equipment. If you have a problem, chances
are we have it in stock. If not, we can usually get it within 24 hours,
and if necessary, get you a backup unit until yours is back on line.
Delivery
wherever you need it:
Our equipment is distributed among six locations serving five states.
We'll
put it right where you want it - when you need it - with a Valley Air
rollback truck or tractor trailer.
If you need industrial, mining or
construction equipment and supplies, spend more time on the job and less time
