High efficiency steel burning, forming and rolling... at  the lowest overall cost to you

First-Phase Manufacturing by Logan Corporation offers the advantage of transferring some of your company's recurring internal expense to us; the low-cost producer. By outsourcing First-Phase Manufacturing to Logan Corporation, you gain a competitive advantage. Steel burning, forming and rolling is what we do well... with a high degree of efficiency and at the lowest overall cost.

Logan is somewhat unique as our particular area of expertise is working with mild steels, abrasion resistant and high strength steels. T-1 type material like 321/360 Brinell, A514, AR40OF and AR500F. Steel that is not only strong, but steel that ranges in thickness. Steel that is tough to form, tough to roll and tough to drill. Steel that provides high wear and high strength where you need it most.

Our OEM Sales Manager is available to meet with you to discuss your outsourcing initiative. He understands First-Phase Manufacturing and the advantages provided. Since this is Logan Corporation core competency, you can depend on our quality and service. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we will recommend possible solutions.

To accommodate First-Phase Manufacturing, Logan Corporation maintains a $2 million dollar premium grade alloy steel inventory. Long lasting steel which is ideal for abrasion and wear resistance.
